In 2024, FilmLight launched Nara, an integrated media tool offering a streamlined and sophisticated solution for media access, streaming and indexing. Built on the world-leading technological foundations of Baselight, Nara addresses the common challenges facilities face, such as secure access to media across diverse storage pools, and the ability to review those assets easily and securely, with the highest colour accuracy. Nara is already in place at several renowned facilities worldwide, where it is streamlining the day-to-day workflow of creative teams – from the Head of Production, to Producers, Post-Production Supervisors, Colourists, Editors, VFX Artists and more.
