Mnemonica is the European cloud-based Media Asset Management (MAM) platform for the film and HETV industry, designed for top-grade security and straightforward use. A unique 3-in-1 architecture combining secure private screening rooms that effortlessly host large and diverse audiences and automate encoding and watermarking, an integrated two-way data transfer facility for limitless asset movement, and an agile masters archive – all without per-seat costs. This combination enables centralized data logistics and streamlines workflows across the entire cinema lifecycle, from pre-production, dailies, editorial, VFX, and sound, through to marketing, festivals, and long-term preservation with perpetual asset availability. To date, Mnemonica has successfully hosted nearly 1,000 productions, including many internationally distributed on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Sky, and Paramount+. Proudly the official ingest and evaluation platform for the Venice International Film Festival since 2022.
