Tom has been developing since he was six years old and has built high-end systems for many industries. Before founding Ad Signal in 2018, Tom focused on the advertising, media and entertainment industries. He discovered a number of “unfixable” issues that broadcasters and agencies were handling manually. Tom founded Ad Signal with a mission to solve these issues. In 2021 Tom and Ad Signal won the tender for The Clearcast Library, which is now responsible for all UK linear advertising clearance.

Tom can share insights into the environmental impacts of video streaming & storage as well as AI which will have a colossal impact on the planet in the next 3 years. He can also talk about the storage challenges facing content holders with ever growing libraries and the need to digitise existing content.
