Sam Lempp leads business development for Nara, FilmLight’s integrated media access, streaming, and indexing platform, launched in 2024. Collaborating closely with customers worldwide, he drives the platform’s roadmap to meet the evolving needs of production houses, VFX studios, and post facilities.

Since joining FilmLight in 2015 as a product specialist, Sam has worked across technical and commercial roles, including engineering and technical software roles to sales and account management. He has deep experience across all forms of post-production workflows – from short form and episodic to high-end feature films – spanning both low and high-budget projects. His work has taken him from large productions in Los Angeles to supporting the launch of new operations in India, giving him a global perspective on the challenges media professionals face today.
