Nick co founded Object Matrix, the Cardiff based company that pioneered the use of cloud object storage in creative workflows before the cloud was even a thing, and GlobalWelsh, the Welsh diaspora network connecting Welsh people around the world and raising aspiration levels for young people in Wales.

Since exiting in 2023, he founded Scaling With Scarcity, produces the Silent Partners podcast, and is CRO at Snicket Labs.
